How do I inquire about a custom outfit or a painting ?

You can email me with designs, or freestyles & I’ll try my best to bring your vision to life. Please include desired colors, styles or inspo designs.

Once complete, We can discuss the total price, deposit & dates.

After deposit has been paid & materials have been purchased, there will be NO REFUND unless stated otherwise.


What is the turnaround time ?

For custom outfits please book 2-3 weeks prior to event. 

• Group events: 4-5 weeks prior to event.

• Rush fee: $50

• Paintings/Art pieces: 2-3 days for LOCAL clients &
1-2 weeks for out of state clients. 


How do payments work for custom orders?

I will only collect a custom order if the person is able to pay half, which is considered as a DEPOSIT or full costs up front. This ensures me that the client is serious and not wasting my time/materials.

All down payments (deposits) are  NON REFUNDABLE after i have began working/bought materials. This is incredibly important, as I want my clients to know this before purchasing. Under very rare and specific circumstances will a deposit/down payment be refundable.

For custmomers paying in full: If i have started on your order only half of the full payment price will be issued back to you, unless stated otherwise.


After deposit has been paid & materials have, there will be no refund unless stated otherwise.
 
 
All orders that have to be shipped will receive a refund due to externalities.
